Phase Three:

Cradle-to-Career Partnership

Keep growing and learning together

After completing the Foundations year, all partners become part of our wider Cradle-to-Career Partnership—a long-term community of practice connecting people, ideas and institutions across the country.

Partners receive ongoing, ad-hoc support from The Reach Foundation team, and continue to learn from one another through peer visits, joint projects and gatherings.

How it works

  • Ongoing—for as long as the work requires.

    Partnerships evolve over time. Some remain focused on deepening coherence within their locality; others grow to influence wider systems and policy. Whatever the pace, we stay alongside you.

  • The Partnership phase helps leaders and teams sustain momentum and share learning as they embed cradle-to-career models in practice. It’s designed to help you:

    • Strengthen your model as it matures;

    • Stay connected to peers across the country;

    • Access advice and support from The Reach Foundation team; and

    • Contribute to the collective learning of the national movement.

  • Each partner relationship is different. We agree together what ongoing engagement looks like—whether that’s termly check-ins, annual reviews, co-hosting visits, or joint development work.

    The aim is simple: to keep growing together, with trust, curiosity and shared purpose.

  • The Partnership phase is not a programme, but rather an ongoing relationship—a space to stay connected, keep learning, and continue building towards lasting impact.

    We will offer:

    • Invitations to national and regional gatherings, deep-dive visits and roundtables.

    • Opportunities to share learning, through publications, podcasts and films.

    • Access to new tools and frameworks, developed through The Reach Foundation’s wider work.

    • The opportunity to apply for the Cradle-to-Career Accelerator Fund.

  • Through the Partnership, you’ll continue to:

    • Embed a sustainable, locally owned model of cradle-to-career support;

    • Build relational and organisational resilience across your ecosystem; and

    • Contribute to a national learning community shaping the next generation of cradle-to-career practice.

  • Included for organisations that have completed the Catalyst and Foundations years.

    There are no ongoing fees; just a shared commitment to learn, contribute and act!
